Rawfood snickers cake
Botten
3 dl dadlar
3 dl jordnötter
Jordnötskräm
2 dl torkade aprikoser
3 msk crunchy jordnötssmör
2 msk kokosolja
Chokladfrosting
3 msk kakao
2 dl kokosolja
1/2 dl agavesirap
1 tsk vaniljpulver
Kokosflingor om du vill
Gör så här:
Mixa ingredienserna till botten så att det blir en kladdig deg som håller ihop. Tryck ut degen på ett smörpapper i en form, ställ i frysen. Mixa sedan ingredienserna till jordnötskrämen. Det underlättar om du klipper sönder aprikoserna i mindre bitar först. Bred ut aprikoskrämen på dadel/jordnöttsbotten. Ställ i frys igen. Smält samman chokladfrosting. Bred ut krämen över kakan, strö över kokos och ställ in i frysen i minst en kvart. Sedan kan du servera den som en kaka eller skär upp i form av små kakbitar. Så gott, enjoy!
This cake is so delicious and easy to make. It really taste like snickers and is sugarfree,glutenfree and also totally vegan!
For the bottom cake
3 dl dates
3 dl peanuts
Peanutcream
2 dl dried apricots
3 tablespoons peanutbutter crunchy
2 tablespoons coconut oil
Chocolatefrosting
3 tablespoons cocoa
2 dl coconut oil
1/2 algavesyrup
1 teaspoon vaniliapowder
coconutflakes if you want
Mix the peanuts and dates in a blender to a sticky dough. Put the dough into a baking tin with some baking paper inbetween, put into the freezer. Mix all the ingredients to the peanutcream in a blender, it's easier if you cut the apricots into smaller pieces before. Put the apricotcream on top of the date/ peanutbutter bottom. Put back in freezer. Melt together all the ingredients for the frosting and put on top of the cake and back into freezer again for about 15 minutes. Then you serve it as it is or cut it into pieces. Enjoy!
